The nursing department involves the team of nurses working at the hospital.
Its policy follows the hospital's broader policy.
Nursing is provided by a young and motivated staff, assisted with the necessary qualified hierarchal surveillance.
The nursing team is aware of the Clinic's vision, mission and objectives. It respects patients' rights and obligations as well as professional secrecy.
The healthcare management unit holds healthcare projects on an annual basis.

The Nursing Department is part of the hospital's organizational chart. It has its own structure which determines the hierarchical and functional relations among all members.

The head of unit undertakes a mission aligned with the hospital's mission, i.e.:
1- To ensure public health, community health and patient's therapeutic education.
2- To provide nursing at an academic level– strategic partnership with Lebanese and foreign universities.
3- To engage in training namely continuous training with neighboring countries such as Syria within the framework of education and development project.
4- To provide clinical research with the help of a center that is authorized by the European Community.

Strategic Actions on Healthcare Management
The Nursing Department undertook a series of strategic actions, some were accomplished, other are underway.
The quality department undertook many strategic actions that translated into a QIP:
1. Moving the neonatology department to the same level of the labor room → perinatology department and increasing the number of incubators SC-NICU/QIP/1.2008
2. Moving the cardiology department to the same level of the Cath lab to accommodate 9 patients SC-CSU/QIP/1.2008
3. Isolating beds at the ICU SC-ICU/QIP/1.2009
4. Improving the content and management of the patient file NA/QIP/2.2009 NA/QIP/6.2009 and NA/QIP/2.2010
5. Devising a clinic research bureau NA/QIP/7.2009
6. Devising a training bureau NA/QIP/8.2009
7. Organizing a training project between IECD and the clinic in order to train nurses in Syria NA/QIP/1.2010
The Levant Clinic signs a twinning agreement with Fosh Hospital in Paris in 2009-2010.
It affiliates as well with several educational institutions and universities in order to receive trainees: Lebanese University, La Sagesse University, St Famille University, Antonine University and Saint Joseph University.
